The atrocities of police

A news was published on the first page of hindi newspaper HINDUSTAN on 17 September REGARDING ARUSHI MURDER CASE under the headline WE WERE TORTURED FOR NOT ACCEPTING POLICE DEMANDS.
It read

Like Vijay Mandal and Krishna,RAJKUMAR TOO HAS ACCUSED CBI FOR TORTURING TO SUCH A GREAT EXTENT CONTINUOUSLY FOR 3 DAYS THAT HE LEFT THE HOPE TO LIVE.
When he refused to become public witness (sarkari gawah) then he was made to talk to a film star and given greed to send him to bollywood industry.
Rajkumar said that he was beaten brutally on the night he was arrested from the house of Anita Durrani.
Not only this,a day Krishna was beaten more brutally in front of him and it was said by CBI that he too will face similar wrath .But if he becomes public witness then he will be made model and sent to bollywood.

Rajkumar said each day he was tortured and given any sort of greed.He was shown the clipping of TV many times in which media was telling that he has killed Aarushi.
ONCE CBI ALSO FEARED HIM BY SAYING HIS BROTHER AND RELATIVES TOO WILL BE DRAGGED if he doesn't accepts.

Krishna ,when contacted on telephone said that he too was tortured and said that he will be hanged.
Krishna said that CBI even used third degree on him.

Point to poder:-This was done after many lie detector tests and narco tests of the accused was made.
So how can it be believed that these innocents that police arrests in name of terrorists are not tortured.

A news was published in Rashtriya Sahara on page 3 on September 19,2008.
It read
18 September:Ahmedabad crime branch has arrested 21 Muslim Youths in recent blast case and they have been kept in crime branch lock up and are tortured brutallly and are being forced to accept what they have not done......
Since Police makes them afraid that if they tell anything about torture in the court ,then other members of his family too will be dragged in the case and the WOMEN OF THEIR FAMILY WILL BE MOLESTED AND TORTURED,they dont open their mouth in court.
Such incidents have taken place in the office of Mumbai ATs in regards to Mumbai Local train blasts.
THE FATHER (ATAUR RAHMAN) OF TWO RESIDENTS OF MIRA ROAD,MUJAMMIL SHEIKH AND FAISAL SHEIKH WAS TORTURED BRUTALLY AND THEIR SISTER IN LAW WAS MOLESTED AND MADE VICTIM OF OTHER OBSENCE ACTS.
COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS INCIDENT WAS MADE EVEN TO THE PRIME MINISTER BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AGAINST THE ACCUSED POLICE OFFICERS.

Shazia Mansuri,the wife of Sajid Mansuri (who has been arrested in Surat bomb case),has dared to open her mouth.She has said that crime branch has feared them of the consequences if they open their mouth.So no one is making any complain about police in this case.
Shazia said that crime branch officials have beaten his husband soo brutally that his legs have broken.In spite of this no medical aid has been given to his husband.He has been taken out of lock up in name of common medical check up several times.

POINT TO PONDER:AGAIN WE ARE RAISING THE DEMAND FOR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE CELL WHERE CONFESSIONAL STATEMENTS ARE TAKEN SO THAT POLICE CAN PROVE THEY DON'T TORTURE THEM.AND THE ACCUSATION MADE ON THEM IS FALSE.
